Exhibitor Package

The 2022 Gas Lift Workshop features an exhibit hall with a limited number of booth spaces available to oil and gas operating companies, manufacturers, suppliers, and service companies.

The Exhibit Hall will be open to workshop participants on June 21, 22, and 23.

During breaks, vendors can engage and interact with our audience of 250+ production engineers, lease operators, foremen, superintendents, production managers, service providers, and students producing wells using artificial lift.

Our 2022 Gas Lift Workshop Exhibitor Package includes:

10'x10' Booth

Each 10′ x10′ booth comes furnished with a 6 foot table and 2 chairs. Vendors may purchase up to 2 booths, which will automatically be assigned side by side unless otherwise requested.

2 Complimentary Vendor Passes

Two complimentary vendor passes for June 21-23 (incl. breakfast, lunch and snacks) are included with each 10’x10 booth purchase. Unlimited additional vendor passes are available at a discounted daily rate.

EXHIBITOR INFORMATION

Each vendor may purchase up to two booths, which will be assigned side by side unless otherwise requested. Requests for specific booth locations will be considered, with priority given to registrants on a first come, first serve basis.

How to Register as an Exhibitor

How to Register Booth Staff
Two complimentary vendor passes are included with the purchase of each 10×10 booth. Daily meals are included with registration. Breakfast will be served from 7:00AM to 8:00AM, lunch from 12:00PM to 1:00PM, with morning and afternoon snacks available during breaks. If you’d like to sponsor a meal or break during the conference, please email us at [email protected] for packages and pricing. 

Exhibitors requiring additional vendor passes: Please check your email for a confirmation of registration containing a promo code to be redeemed for discounted vendor passes, which can be purchased on our online registration page.

Exhibitors will have access to the Red Oak Ballroom for setup on Monday, June 20, from 1:00PM until 5:00PM. The Exhibit Hall will be open to workshop participants on June 21, 22, and 23. Teardown may begin on Thursday, June 23, following the lunch break.

There are no loading docks, freight elevators, forklifts or on-site storage space available for use at this facility. Please avoid the use of large or heavy items, such as shipping crates.

Booth Assignments
Please review the floor plan and submit your preferred booth number when prompted on the registration form. Booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis. Assignment will take place after exhibitor registration closes on June 10th, 2022 (or earlier if booth spaces sell out). Exhibitors will receive confirmed booth numbers by email on or before June 15, 2022.
