The 2022 Artificial Lift Workshop features an exhibit hall with a limited number of booth spaces available to oil and gas operating companies, manufacturers, suppliers, and service companies. During breaks, vendors can engage and interact with our audience of 250+ production engineers, lease operators, foremen, superintendents, production managers, service providers, and students producing wells using artificial lift.

NEW: Exhibitor BINGO
To encourage participants to visit booths and engage with exhibitors, we are piloting an 'Exhibitor Bingo" for this workshop, with valuable door prizes for those who participate. Attendees will receive their bingo card at check in, collecting stickers from individual booths throughout the exhibit hall. Door prizes will be drawn on the final day of the workshop. There will be several designated breaks during the workshop for participants to visit the exhibit hall. Please note: Exhibitors are not eligible for door prizes.
Opportunities to Present
Presentations by operators and innovators are key elements of a successful workshop. We invite you to submit an abstract for a presentation on artificial lift experiences, liquid loading, productivity improvements, SCADA, Machine Learning and AI or any other topics related to artificial lift that would be beneficial to the industry.

How to Redeem Complimentary Workshop Passes Included in Sponsorships
Complimentary workshop passes are included with the purchase of some sponsorships, as indicated. If your purchase includes complimentary passes, you will receive a follow-up email within 2 business days containing a unique promo code to be redeemed for workshop passes. Daily meals are included with registration. Breakfast will be served from 7:00AM to 8:00AM, lunch from 12:00PM to 1:00PM, with morning and afternoon snacks available during breaks.
Each vendor may purchase up to two booths, which will be assigned side by side unless otherwise requested. Requests for specific booth locations will be considered, with priority given to registrants on a first come, first serve basis.

How to Register Booth Staff
Two complimentary workshop passes are included with the purchase of each 10×10 booth. Daily meals are included with registration. Breakfast will be served from 7:00AM to 8:00AM, lunch from 12:00PM to 1:00PM, with morning and afternoon snacks available during breaks. If you’d like to sponsor a meal or break during the conference, please email us at [email protected] for sponsorship packages and pricing.
Exhibitors requiring additional workshop passes or who wish to attend continuing education classes on February 28th may purchase additional tickets on our online registration page.
Exhibitors will have access to the Red Oak Ballroom for setup on Monday, February 28, from 1:00PM until 5:00PM. Tear down may begin on Thursday, March 3, following the lunch break.
Electrical is available at a rate of US$25.00 per power drop and must be arranged no less than one week in advance. Please e-mail [email protected] with any electrical needs or inquiries.
There are no loading docks, freight elevators, forklifts or on-site storage space available for use at this facility. Please avoid the use of large or heavy items, such as shipping crates.
